Do I have to use all of your services?
No. Every restaurant is different. Some clients only need help with one or two areas such as social media or SEO, while others use multiple services (The best marketing approach is always a multi-channel approach, combining as many marketing channels as possible). We tailor everything to your restaurant.
What happens during the free 14 day trial?
First we’ll have a quick discussion about your restaurant, your goals and the areas you’d like help with. Once everything is set up and ready to go, your 14 day trial begins and we start delivering the agreed marketing services so you can see how 6Stars works before committing to anything long term. Some services such as SEO work, SMS broadcasts, website development and graphic design are not included in the trial. However, we will provide a free SEO audit and you’ll also receive 30 days access to our Reserve Rocket booking system if required.
Is the free trial really free?
Yes. There are no contracts and no service fees during the trial. We do require a £100 deposit to begin the trial, which is fully refunded after the 14 days, regardless of whether you decide to continue working with us. If any campaigns require ad spend (such as Meta or Google ads), that budget is agreed with you in advance and is paid directly to Meta or Google, not to us. If you would like to send SMS campaigns during the trial, the cost of the messages will also be agreed upfront, and we do not make any profit from this.
What if I already have someone doing my marketing?
That’s completely fine. Many restaurants work with us to improve specific areas such as ads, SEO or email marketing while keeping other parts of their marketing in-house or with another agency.
Do you work with restaurants outside Bristol?
Yes. We work with restaurants across the UK. Most regular communication, such as weekly catch-ups, is done via phone or video calls, however we can visit in person when needed.
How quickly can we start?
Most restaurants can begin their free trial within a few days after the initial strategy call, once we’ve agreed which services to focus on. In some cases, depending on the scope of work or setup required, it may take up to 14 days before the trial begins.
